SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY
I am excited to announce that we now are shipping! Any orders outside of 5-mile delivery radius is now eligible for shipping. Shipping cost is a flat $8.00 fee, and orders will be shipped within 2 business days of ordering. Orders will arrive within 5-8 business days of the shipping date.
Any orders within a 5-mile radius of the Ohio Union (on Ohio State campus) are eligible for delivery with a $5.00 delivery fee, orders will be delivered within 1-2 days (not including weekends). Note: if you are within the 5-mile radius but do not see the delivery option, check your zip code at the checkout screen to make sure it represents the correct zip code that you are shipping to!
We provide campus pickups free of charge at the Ohio Union 7 days a week, 7am-7pm. Contact us at our email address to set up a pickup time that works for you!
We will not accept returns of any kind. Exchanges can be made within 3 days for an item(s) of the same value as long as the item has not been any further damaged since purchase. All exchanges are approved by the employees of My Mom's Closet and can be subject to denial if it is deemed that the item is unable to be exchanged.
